Attendance, grades, fee payments, migration uploads, and homework are queued writes in the offline contract.
Walk the contract
This walk loads the contract from the server. It is not a live school queue.
- A teacher marks the registerThe mark goes to the server as usual.
- The network goes awayThe register stays open. Nothing is refused.
- The mark is stored on the deviceThe mark is stored on the device and shown as queued.
- The server copy is comparedIf the server copy changed, the conflict is shown before anything is overwritten.
- The line returnsWhen the line returns, the accepted mark syncs.

What the offline contract covers
- Attendance — implemented. Queued on the attendance rail. The mark stays on the device and is marked queued until the server accepts it. A conflict is shown before the server copy is overwritten.
- Grades — implemented. Queued on the grade rail named in the offline contract. A conflict is shown before the server copy is overwritten.
- Fee payment — implemented. Queued on the fee-payment rail named in the offline contract. A conflict is shown before the server copy is overwritten.
- Migration upload — implemented. Queued on the migration-upload rail named in the offline contract. A conflict is shown before the server copy is overwritten.
