Implementation

Implementation assurance

What you can expect from the product layer: structured onboarding, checklists with weighted go-live readiness, support playbooks, pilot evidence capture and an honest defect loop. It is not a promise of calendar days or borrowed references.

What exists, and where it stops

  1. In-product factory

The implementation command center aggregates checklist status, adoption signals from event logs and a consolidated blocker list. A JSON blockers API is available for integrations at the same permission boundary.

    Where it stops

It is signed-in and on the manager host. It is not a public demo page.

  2. Customer success playbooks

Operator-facing playbooks cover import failures, report deadlines, payments rehearsal, offline conflicts and more.

    Where it stops

Response-time guidance appears only where we publish it.

  3. Pilot discipline

Pilot evidence and defect dashboards tie fixes to tests or documented exceptions. Durable defect rows support batch tagging for audit.

    Where it stops

Reference states stay private until you approve them for public use.

  4. Honest dependencies

We document which external providers a feature relies on, and we avoid vanity pilot claims.

    Where it stops

External PSP, SMS, email and AI providers remain your contracts.
