• [ ] Confirm data and compliance requirements

Phase 2 — Tenant and data setup (Owner: IT)

• [ ] Provision tenant and configure branding
• [ ] Import students and staff
• [ ] Configure SSO and integrations (LMS, payments, messaging)

Phase 3 — Finance and billing (Owner: Finance)

• [ ] Configure fee structure and payment terms
• [ ] Connect payment gateway
• [ ] Run first billing cycle and reconcile

Phase 4 — Academics and go-live (Owner: Admissions / Academics)

• [ ] Configure grading, terms, and report cards
