- [ ] Confirm data and compliance requirements
Phase 2 — Tenant and data setup (Owner: IT)
- [ ] Provision tenant and configure branding
- [ ] Import students and staff
- [ ] Configure SSO and integrations (LMS, payments, messaging)
Phase 3 — Finance and billing (Owner: Finance)
- [ ] Configure fee structure and payment terms
- [ ] Connect payment gateway
- [ ] Run first billing cycle and reconcile
Phase 4 — Academics and go-live (Owner: Admissions / Academics)
- [ ] Configure grading, terms, and report cards
- [ ] Train teachers and staff
- [ ] Go live and monitor; hand off to support
